How donations are used
Donations are used directly for our humanitarian work — water projects, medical relief, and emergency support — rather than for overhead or administration beyond what's needed to run these efforts.
Refunds
We don't currently process donations through this website; gifts are given directly by bank transfer (see our Donate page). We don't have an automated refund process. If you've made a transfer in error or would like to discuss a refund, please contact us directly and we'll work it out with you.
Designated gifts
If you'd like your gift directed toward a specific project — a borehole, medical relief, or a fund you've started with us — let us know when you reach out, and we'll make sure it's applied accordingly.
